Park yoga is a popular Summer activity taking place at the weekend in parks near you. Set up by the charity called Park Yoga, these outdoor yoga sessions in Dorset are FREE.

What Do You Need For Park Yoga?
You don’t need too much equipment if it’s your first time trying park yoga. If you have a yoga mat then take it along with you. Alternatively take a towel or something to lie on.
