Dorset Country Pumpkins

The pumpkins have all been individually grown from seed in the greenhouse and hand planted in the one and a half acre patch. There are a mix of varieties which produce a lovely variation of different sized orange and white pumpkins.
Entry is free to Longclose Farm for pumpkin picking.

Pumpkin Pick At Farmer Palmers
Address: Wareham Rd, Organford, Poole, BH16 6EU
The Pumpkin Pick at Farmer Palmer’s is running across October Half Term week.
The pumpkin patch will be opened for a few hours each day during half term so you can come and pick a pumpkin to take home. There will be props and mini-wheelbarrows in the field for those all-important insta-worthy photoshoots!

Pick A Pumpkin At Gorcombe

Dates: Tuesday – Sundays through October
The pumpkin patch in Blandford Forum. Opening on 1st October. There are 1000s and 1000s of pumpkins ranging in size. Turn up with your wellies, grab a wheelbarrow or sledge and pyo pumpkin.
Free parking is available and there is no need to book. Well behaved dogs are also welcome on short leads.

Parley Pumpkin Patch
Parley Court Farm, Christchurch
The pumpkin patch at Parley is located opposite Portfield School. 2025 opening from 18th October. Between 9.30AM to 5PM, whatever the weather you can arrive and pick your pumpkins.
Dogs welcome as long as on a lead and there is plenty of parking in field through garden centre car park. As well as PYO pumpkins there is also quad biking, face painting and a bouncy castle on site too.
PYO Pumpkins At Gullivers Farm Shop & Kitchen

The pumpkin patch is open during October for a vast selection of pumpkins. The field is nice and flat with very reasonably priced pumpkins.
Blackmarsh Farm Pumpkin Patch

You’ll find the pumpkin patch at Blackmarsh Farm next to the Halloween themed maize maze. There are several varieties of pumpkins ready for picking, and they are all the same price.
You’ll also find additional activities including the play area with trampolines and pedal go karts.

Coppet Hill have got a spooky day planned in October. Pick your pumpkin and take it to the barn to carve your masterpiece.

Fordingbridge Pumpkin Picking Patch

There are a range of Halloween activities for everyone to enjoy at Fordingbridge. From the 10 acres of pumpkins to pick, to lots of crafts to create, make and take. With the only Halloween Maze in the New Forest.
Free parking and free entry for PYO pumpkins. Other facilities include hot and cold drinks and toilet facilities, as well as plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained and photogenic opportunities.
The Halloween maze does need to be pre booked for information. Opening dates for 2025 are from 4th October.

Fordingbridge Pumpkin Pastures

There are 30 different varieties of pumpkins to be picked at Fordingbridge Pumpkin Pastures. Entry is free, and there is also plenty of free parking available.
The fields can be muddy and uneven so it’s advisable to dress for the weather and mud. Opening hours for October 2025 are 11th, 12th, 18th – 31st.
